The seller of the items listed below being of legal age understands;
1. The items listed are lawfully in the sellers possession.
2. Seller agrees to accept either 70% in cash or company check or 80% store credit
3. Seller agrees to make arrangements for the disposition / disposal of unsold items unsold.
4. Seller agrees to pick up items, with proper I.D. at the end of the event.
5. This this is an outdoor event and items may be exposed to the elements.
6. West Bicycles accepts no responsibility for items lost, damaged, stolen or sold.
7. All sales are final. No refunds, credit or returns can be considered.
8. All items should be clean and in safe operating condition (NO JUNK)
